Our ring sizes are in American measurements. 

It's recommended to have your specific finger professionally sized (at a jeweler or jewelry store). 

Responsibility for providing the correct size rests solely with the customer.

Necklace lengths are given in inch and in centimeters. 

Before ordering, it's advisable to use a string to measure the desired length and check how it fits around your neck.

Just as our jewelry graces us and feels good against our skin, we should treat them with the same love in return. 

There are certain things jewelry doesn't appreciate:

• Humidity
• Chemicals
• Dishwashing

The more you protect them from these elements, the longer they'll stay loyal, shiny, and beautiful.

♥ Silver jewelry might tarnish faster than other types, but don't worry, it can be easily cleaned with household methods. 

♥ For gold-plated pieces, avoid washing dishes, showering, or swimming in chlorinated pools. It's recommended to remove them before applying creams or perfumes. 

♥ Gold-filled jewelry is almost as reliable as solid gold, since its outer layer is real gold. 

♥ Gold jewelry remains shiny and faithful for a very long time, showcasing the true quality of gold."

When storing your jewelry, please ensure it's kept in a sealed box. Ideally, place the jewelry inside a small bag within the box. I also recommend adding a small piece of tissue paper to the bag to absorb any moisture.

Preparation time varies by item, ranging from 3 days for products that are ready to ship, up to 14 to 30 days for special orders.

Custom designs might take longer
